Products Descriptions

One component, high temperature(150 ℃ ) cured polyurethane coating ink.

It serves as clear transparent protective cover for pattern-printed silicone rubber items ,characterized by dirt proof and abrasion resistance and of high glossy or matte performance, applied to silicone rubber products like keypads.

Processing
1.Cleaning substrate material surface and flame treatment or corona discharge treatment.2.Please stir this coating with well-distribution,and filtrated with 200 meshes filtrating screen. 3.Spraying it on the substrate material. 4.Put the sprayed substrate material in dust-free operating environment for 5~10 minutes before entering the baking tunnel. 5.Baking at 150 ℃ for 50~60 minutes.
